In June of 2011 I bought the Schutt triple scorpion catchers leg guards for my daughter who is a catcher on an 18U travel softball team. She used the guards in about four tournaments. Her team then won a bid to play in the 18U Nationals tournament in Illinois in August 2011. First day in the Nationals tournament one of the guards cracked big time on the knee panel. Unbelievable! These things should last years not several weeks. The crack went from a rivet and then several inches to the middle. I will never buy Schutt products again! Oh the best part is I sent an email to the Schutt company along with photos showing how and where it cracked. Their wonderful customer service department just ignored my email and never even had the courtesy to respond----if nothing else to say we are sorry. Cheap product and terrible customer service by Schutt----no let me correct that------Schutt has no customer service! Next time I need quality equipment I will buy Adidas or Rawlings. I would never recommend Schutt products! The only reason I checked off one star is because Amazon would not let me submit this review without at least checking off one star----this product deserves no star.

Louis Garneau Solano Women's Tights Black, M Review

These tights are fabulous. As someone prone to overheating, even in the coldest weather, I was worried they'd be too hot for me. However, even riding in 40+ weather, sweating up a storm, my lower half never felt too hot. After I took them off, I noticed that my legs were sweaty, but I never felt sweaty or hot while wearing them, even after I got home and was walking around the house before changing.

As a bigger cyclist, the size is good and the waistband doesn't dig in at all.

I wear them over my bike shorts and they slide on well over the shorts.

These are great tights for a wide range of temps!

Two quibbles.
1)the ankle grippers are too lose to grip my ankles. But i never notice this when I ride- they are long enough that they go over my socks. I think they would've been better with tighter ankle and a zipper.
2)I wish it had more reflective fabric- as it is, there is none.
But neither of these two minor complaints would prevent me from recommending them to someone else.

Unit is a nice scope but the primary purpose was to meet specifications of a precision competition shooting event. Rifle must weigh no more than 7.5 lbs. w/scope not over 9 power. Rifle is 7 lbs. scope was advertised to weigh 7.05 ozs. which falls within 7lb. 8 oz. limit.
I weighed the scope and found it actually weighs 15.4 ozs. Therefore totally unusable for purpose purchased.
False advertising is Mfgs. responsibility, there claim is buyer beware. Amazon uses Mfgs. specs so shares a small part of the responsibility by not verifying supplier quality.
I've given the scope to a young shooter at the Club and have advised our competitors to be cautious of purchasing equipment for competitions events from unreliable sources.

We purchased this net in order to cover extra baggage we were placing in a folding hitch basket we'd also purchased. We had three plastic tubs that were approximately 24 inches tall, along with additional items placed on top of the tubs. When we opened the product we doubted if it would cover everything we were placing in the hitch basket. After attaching the hooks on one side of the basket and stretching the net over the basket's contents we successfully covered everything and were able to attach the hooks to the other three sides of the basket. The net kept everything tightly in place and no other ties, straps, or bungies were needed in order to secure what we had placed in the basket. When we arrived at our destination everything was still as we'd placed it. This product was definitely worth the money!
