Great lightweight knee suppport. I had been wearing much heavier braces with side stays, etc. This brace was able to give me the support needed without the extra weight and discomfort of a heavy brace. There are 3 points of adjustment - this is important for me, it gives a sense of confidence when the brace is tight, supportive, and so comfortable you can forget about having it on. Perfect for running and jumping activities. I wanted a brace that did not come down to calf-level or extend to the upper thigh. Caveat - this brace may not offer enough side support for intense lateral movement sports.
