Have had mine for about a month now. Pretty much have worn it every day.

WASH IT inside out without anything else in the washer as soon as you get it. The material tends to pill and fuzz the first time you wash it.

Reflective piping is two lines up each side, from the bottom trim up thru the inside of the sleeves. Some of the product pictures show it well.

The way the sleeve seams are, its weird trying to sew on patches and line them up well.

Its weird wearing a job shirt that the collar isnt the traditional denim.
Also, the elbow patches are a soft duck material, not denim. They wont wear like denim does.

Color is a very DARK navy. Looks black. I can barely tell the difference between it and my black uniform pants.

"radio" pocket is very small. Holds my smartphone. Nowhere near as big as the deep radio pockets on traditional job shirts.

Now, heres what I like about it.

Comfy and warm out of the bag. So much softer then my old one, which has lasted for 12 years and is well broken in. Full zip collar is really nice in the wind. Two zippers on the collar let you pass a radio mic or other cord thru the bottom. Loops on both shoulders and under the zipper. full width pocket like a pullover hoodie. Sleeve pocket is big enough to carry most ipods, or even a small cell phone, and deep enough to carry pens and a penlight.
Did i mention comfy and warm? Im going to live in this thing all winter.
