Great Pack I have used it for several weeks now every day. It fits fine over a flak and sappies. Im 6'1" 205LBS. That post that said it didn't fit properly is probably a boot and needs a PME on how to properly wear a day pack. Waist belt and shoulder straps are broad with good padding and can be adjusted nicely to properly carry the weight on the hips. I did a 10 mile conditioning hike with 40LBS in this pack and had no issues with the fit carry or ride all around great pack not to big not to many pockets. Keep it simple, and this pack does it. For $50 your not going to find anything better trust me.
