I bought 4 of these from a retail store about 3 years ago. They had inflator screws to keep air from leaking. Nice feature but one broke while I was undoing it. I emailed the company and the Plant Manager sent a replacement. A couple days later, I received another replacement from customer service. Now I have an extra. But, these are the best fenders we've owned. Our boat is a 30 foot cruiser so we need extra cushion when rafting up with other boats or docking against stationary piers. We have the 10 x 30's. Let's face it, docking a boat can sometimes be considered a "controlled crash". Also, don't over-inflate! They aren't balloons!
