Exactly the expanded cargo space I was looking for to accomodate the extra clothing layers, gel, shot blocks, sock changes, etc. required on those moderately long weekend runs. I still use the Amphipod's 10 oz. bottles and little velcroed pack for weekday 5 to 9 milers - when I need less water & just enough room to secure the car key - but, like I said,the Katoa is THE SOLUTION for the intermediate distances (10-20 miles)- with the addition of a handheld bottle in hot weather ... though anything longer requires the Deuter (or Camel-bak type product) when there is a lack of available H20 sources at which to intermittently refill bottles along the way...Run long and be happy!
