Dakine Womens Sequoia Glove 2013 Review

I just started snowboarding so I've ended up on the snow a lot, and needed to bind/rebind when I got stuck on the flats. These well-designed gloves have done a great job keeping me warm and dry. As far as fit, I have pretty small hands and a Small fits perfectly (I normally wear S in The North Face gloves if that helps). An XS would probably have worked too, but I couldn't find it in a store to try on.

Important note: I can put the liners on under wrist guards and still fit the outer gloves but it's a tight fit. I just leave the liner gloves off now that I'm using wrist guards. If you're planning on wearing both the liners and wrist guards, I'd suggest trying on the combination on in a store.

Pros & features:
- Completely waterproof
- Zipper pocket on each glove for inserting handwarmers
- Liner gloves are good for when you need more control of your fingers
- Nose wiper on the right glove thumb is great for my runny nose (there is a goggle wiper on the left glove thumb - it's just a wedge)
- Two sets of cinches, one at the wrist and one at the glove opening, keep snow out
- Can bind/unbind without taking the outer gloves off (it feels clunky but it is doable)

Feature requests:
- Wish both the wipers were nose wipers (I never need to wipe my goggles, but my nose is always running)
- Wish the liner gloves had those special fingertips so I could use my smartphone
