Excellent product. Was a little concerned about a customer's comment about the weighing scale being way off. When I received mine, kind of explored the product and did some turning of the knob at the end of the handle. I then realised that the knob is actually the adjustment for the weighing scale which i guess the concerned customer did the same mistake like me by turning that knob. Adjust the scale by turning the knob and using an item of a known weight.
