I am a 34 DD, hoping to find a bra for work-outs, etc. This is not it! The stitching in the sides of the bra is that nylon thread, and there is a seam under the arm where the nylon thread sticks out and rubs my skin. I bought both the beige and white, and both have this exact same stitch/defect. Unfortunately, the seller has only a 30 day return, and as I'm not exercising enough, didn't notice in time, so I'm stuck trying to find a work-around to these stitches. If you do try this out, make sure you try it on quickly and for a long enough time to see if you have the same problem. It's unfortunate, as it definitely holds them in there, but no one wants to be rubbed raw in the process.
