the multi-tool has all the standard elements, but is built so tightly that the tools are very difficult to fold out of the handle (several broken fingernails). It has a good heft and feels like it could be durable though. The belt holster is a bit tight, and the tool really only fits one way.

The knife is the most miserable design though - it has a glass breaker point on one end that is not collapsible. I wanted to carry the knife using the belt/pocket clip on the side, but it is positioned (and not reversible) such that the glass breaker point is pointing straight up, and though i tried different arrangements, it always managed to scratch my hand whenever it was near.

LED flashlight seems fine - no problems. Have to wait and see how long it lasts.

i received this as a gift from my son and really wanted to use it, but i think that i will continue to carry my leatherman instead.
