I was a tad worried when purchasing this skirt that it would be too short (I am 5'11") - it actually fits very well, true to size and mid thigh. The buttons are different than they appear in the photo - they are all stitched on the inside of the skirt with a piece of fabric rather than string - It makes them feel much more stable than normal button wrap skirts. (still can fully unbutton like a wrap button skirt)

All in all, a great buy!
