I picked these up to use over the winter when I can't get out and ride. The combination of the three of these provides a nice variety of workouts. There are some similarities as you begin to use all three. But nothing is exactly duplicated. For example, two of the DVDs have out of the saddle work. One of sets is steady state seated with an out of the saddle sprint at the end. The other is higher resistance to mimic climbing with the first bit standing to establish tempo and then seated in a high gear to let you grind out the climb. I really enjoy these as a set. I am amazed at how these 50-60 minute rides really make a difference come spring time when the long rides start.
